Dr. Abe Nasser is the proud owner of Align the Spine Chiropractor and Wellness Center. Dr. Abe is a native Floridian, born and raised in Boynton Beach with a passion for exercise and fitness. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Shortly after graduating college, he attended and received his Doctorate degree from Palmer Chiropractic College in Port Orange, Florida.

Dr. Abe is pleased to serve the Deerfield and surrounding areas. Dr. Abe began his chiropractic career serving the Broward county and Palm Beach County area working with many different patients from pre and post pregnancy, post-surgical, geriatric, and athletes. Before working as an Associate Chiropractor, Dr. Abe worked as a personal trainer and strength coach in numerous gyms. Working in this realm allowed him to truly understand that strength, posture, form and mobility directly correlate with prevention and correction of both cumulative and acute injuries. He has incorporated this firsthand knowledge into his treatment protocols to help patients of all ages take proactive steps towards stability through posture awareness, stretching and muscle work.

As a former baseball and football athlete, he enjoys powerlifting, Jiu jitsu, and other sports. He believes that exercise and movement are a key component to health and should be tailored to fit the needs of a patient's lifestyle and goals. "The idea is not to take an older patient and make them young again, but to bring back as much vitality as possible for a more youthful, pain-free, active lifestyle." Whether you are a golden oldie or an active teenager, his objective is to restore balance, reduce injuries and improve function by customizing your care.
